Old Drift Lodge is steeped in history and harnesses the historical aura of the land it occupies. The suites boast unparalleled views of the majestic Zambezi River and are brimming with the old world elegance of a bygone safari era. Entering through a glass door guests are transported to a lavish space of gentle browns, copper, brass and dappled wood that echoes the wilderness outside. The family suite consists of two interleading bedrooms, separated by a sliding canvas door. Luxuriously appointed and fully air-conditioned, the suites provide elegant refuge in the heart of the bush. Brass basins, billowing mosquito nets, and soft lighting mirror the rich beauty of the remarkable river setting and offer a memorable, shared family experience. An outside deck complete with a crystal clear plunge pool, claw-footed bathtub, sun loungers and outdoor shower allow families to make the most of the surrounding beauty and enjoy the warmth of the sunshine in complete privacy.

Old Drift Lodge is ideally situated within the National Park and offers guests an all-inclusive insight into an exquisite natural world. The Zambezi National park can be explored on a 4 x 4 game drive, river safari and walking safari, satisfying guests’ needs to experience every aspect of this natural utopia.

• Guided Tour of The Falls (Zimbabwe)
  The Victoria Falls reaches Its Zenith in about May each year. It’s a truly awe-inspiring experience – the sight, the sound, the smell; the humbling feeling that here indeed is Nature’s Supreme Masterpiece. No photograph can begin to depict the reality…and nothing prepares you for first sight. This tour is conducted in the morning and afternoon. Guests will be accompanied through the Rainforest by one of our qualified guides.
• Lunch at the Lookout Café (Including drinks)
  Guests enjoy complimentary transfers and the fully inclusive use of the Lookout Café. Perched 120 metres above the turbulent rapids of the Zambezi River, the café overhangs the spectacular chasm of the Batoka Gorge, just down from the iconic Victoria Falls Bridge, which forms part of its backdrop.
• Morning & Afternoon Game Drive
  Using an open four-wheel-drive vehicle, the game drive allows the guests to discover many interpretations of the bush and all its inhabitants, related to them by our suitable trained and qualified guides. This is an uncontrived bush experience, covering a genuinely wild, unfenced wilderness area.

  With the iconic river at your doorstep, it is hard not to be charmed by the calming ebb of the current. Breathtaking, complex ecosystems thrive around the lodge, and as the boat bobs on the water, guests can drink in a 360-degree view of this magnificent environment.
